THE 9-5 + THE OFF HOURS
a full-time job doesn't have to be the thing that stops you. i love mine: days are java, spark, and streaming pipelines at scale, and i learn a ton from the people i build them with. i've also got an itch to build something of my own, so nights and weekends are python, claude code, and agents doing the founder busywork to stretch a few real hours. i write down exactly how i carve out the time and what i build with it.
